Regulatory Compliance Specialist

LifeBridge Health is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Readiness Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance and accreditation team, you will be responsible for ensuring our hospital's compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Conduct regular audits and tracer reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department leaders and staff to implement corrective actions and improve compliance.
- Provide education and training to staff on regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
- Monitor and track compliance data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance and accreditation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
