About the Position

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Child and Family Therapist to join our team at NW Counseling Associates. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work with children ages 0-10 years and their families to provide evidence-based, best practices for working with young children and their caregivers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and service delivery to children and families.
  • Collaborate with our team to create a long, fulfilling career working with children.
  • Participate in the training and growth of new professionals who share your passion for children's mental health.
  • Focus on clinical care and innovation, while maintaining a commitment to quality, ethical care.
Requirements
  • Independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
  • Experience working with children ages 0-10 years, with clinical experience in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and service delivery.
  • Training in evidence-based practices for children and families, such as PCIT, CPP, Collaborative Problem Solving, CBT, TF-CBT, Incredible Years, and Triple P.
  • Dedicated to quality, ethical care, and excited about the innovative use of teletherapy and a hybrid practice.
