Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our clinic, you will:

  • Work in conjunction with the Clinic Team, Medical Team Manager, and Chief Medical Officer to assess patient needs and develop effective Weight Loss Programs.
  • Conduct health evaluations for new patients, orient them about available services, identify their needs, and recommend suitable programs to support their weight loss aspirations.
  • Provide coverage for Medical Assistants as necessary, performing vital signs assessments and phlebotomy tasks.
  • Ensure continuity of care by following up with patients in the clinic and scheduling necessary follow-up appointments.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for decision-making, planning, and policies that impact the health and wellness of our patients.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our programs and pharmacological options.
  • Embody core values that prioritize exceptional patient care.
  • Offer constructive feedback to leadership to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient experiences.

Qualifications

Desired Attributes:

  • A genuine passion for assisting patients in reaching their weight loss goals.
  • A knack for educating and inspiring others.
  • Proficiency in performing phlebotomy (Required).

Education and Experience:

Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program in compliance with state regulations.

Current authorization from the relevant Board of Medical Examiners and/or Board of Nursing to perform medical duties.

Must hold an active registered nurse license in the state of practice.

An unrestricted DEA license is also required.
