- Promote and market the full range of Henriksen/Butler's offerings.
- Coordinate necessary resources to establish, maintain, and enhance our standing within assigned accounts.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries while following established business protocols.
- Develop and advocate for a comprehensive business strategy based on projected business for all assigned accounts.
- Initiate and maintain detailed profiles for all key accounts.
- Provide monthly updates including 90-day forecasts, specific opportunities, and identified project activities for all assigned accounts.
- Keep the team informed with detailed status reports from customer service regarding all account activities, including open orders, proposals, and ongoing projects.
- Notify the team of any issues or unresolved matters, changes in personnel, product standards, or competitive actions.
- Participate in all sales and team meetings.
- Engage in relevant training opportunities.
- Submit all required information within designated timelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may evolve due to personal growth, organizational development, or advancements in technology and industry.
