Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our faculty and staff, and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to faculty and staff
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Prepare correspondence and reports
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality.
