About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Sales Professional to join our team at Hale's Air Conditioning Service, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our HVAC services and products to residential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on residential HVAC services and products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC products and technologies, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our service and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and products.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including maintenance, repair, and installation.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Certifications: Valid HVAC technician certification and driver's license.
