About the Role:

As a Procurement Specialist at IDEX, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and diverse environment. You will work closely with the Strategic Sourcing team to develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost savings, improve supplier quality, and enhance delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to drive material productivity, improve supplier delivery performance, and reduce quality non-conformances
  • Collaborate with key suppliers to reduce BOM complexity and negotiate contracts
  • Perform market analysis to support strategic negotiations with key suppliers
  • Provide day-to-day support for the Strategic Sourcing team, including managing RFQ processes and working with suppliers to close out quality non-conformances

Requirements:

  • Sophomore year or higher, majoring or minoring in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong drive for results, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to travel domestically for 1-2 days at a time
