  • Employ exceptional time management and organizational abilities to supervise teams, establish schedules, and assess the quality of services delivered to clients.
  • Oversee multiple landscape maintenance teams effectively.
  • Delegate and schedule tasks and routes for your operational team.
  • Plan supplementary work and address any issues requiring attention at client sites.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of timekeeping records.
  • Monitor and resolve various landscape maintenance concerns, including pest management, irrigation systems, and plant health.
  • Comprehend client expectations and relay those to your teams.
  • Enhance retention of existing accounts, ensuring customer service standards and quality are upheld.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent communication schedule with clients through site visits, emails, and phone calls.
  • Promote a culture of safety among your teams through ongoing training and leading by example.
  • Ensure that work teams are equipped with the necessary tools and materials for success.
  • Provide hands-on training for both new and experienced team members to ensure their success.
  • Guide and develop members within your operational team.
  • Conduct interviews, select candidates, and assist in onboarding new team members, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Offer suggestions for optimal resource utilization within the organization and continuously seek operational efficiencies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications & Specific Skills:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the commercial landscaping sector.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in team management.
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to learning and enhancing company standards, procedures, and objectives.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and accountability.
  • Cost-conscious with effective cost management skills.
  • Exhibits good judgment in all job functions; possesses attention to detail, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and integrity.
  • Meets the physical requirements relevant to the position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possesses a valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
