Job SummaryThe Sr. Software Engineer will be responsible for projects and production support for our healthcare applications, working with the team to develop and support Phia custom applications, websites, integrations, and Report development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, modify, and maintain database structures such as tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
  • Troubleshoot client issues related to PDM, CMS, TPS, and OP application, ensuring high-priority issues are resolved according to our client service level agreements
  • Use technologies like Tableau, Adobe ColdFusion, AngularJS, Hibernate, and Git to perform routine code updates and troubleshoot errors within the system
  • Troubleshoot and provide corrective solutions for identified database-related issues using Microsoft SQL or Oracle SQL database language or related tools
  • Work individually or as a member of a team to design, develop, implement, and maintain software systems
  • Collaborate with development teams in a highly dynamic environment
  • Work with Client Services and Implementation departments to implement and maintain customer production data
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 7 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with Tableau, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, ColdFusion, Hibernate, or similar software
  • Expertise in writing semantic, modular front-end code using Adobe ColdFusion, AngularJS, Hibernate, or similar coding applications
  • Knowledge of responsive design practices
  • Experience with web server technology (Apache or IIS)
  • Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and provide clear resolutions
  • Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices
Working Conditions

This role involves sitting at a workstation for prolonged periods, extensive computer work, and may be exposed to overhead fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. You must be able to perform essential job functions either unaided or with reasonable accommodations determined by management on a case-by-case basis.
