Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate office staff duties and tasks
  • Process and maintain accurate patient records on EMR software
  • Prepare and submit OASIS reports and other documentation
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or front desk roles
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Home health experience and ICD-10 coding knowledge (certification training available)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
