We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analytics Manager to join our team at NBCUniversal. As a key member of our Product Analytics & Experimentation team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product teams to inform strategy and influence decisions that drive business impact
  • Lead a team of Product Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure analytical rigor and career growth
  • Collaborate with Director, Growth & Product Analytics to manage and define team's roadmap and strategy for free user monetization, paid subscriber monetization, and cancellation
  • Develop and execute high-priority, cross-functional projects that drive meaningful impact and solve critical business challenges
  • Work closely with Data Engineering to shape the future of Peacock's data and optimize products through collaboration with the Experimentation team
Requirements
  • 4+ years of applied experience in retention, monetization, subscriptions, direct to consumer or media entertainment with strong analytics focus on product, growth, project management, & user behavior
  • Experience supervising and leading analytical projects supporting Product or Growth teams driving measurable business impact
  • Advanced SQL coding skills for analytics and data analysis
  • Experience working with product analytics and experimentation stack (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Airflow, Github, Optimizely, etc.)
  • Ability to leverage Python or R to solve complex analytical problems as needed
