Supply Chain Analytics Role

At Tiger Analytics, we're seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our analytics group, you'll be responsible for delivering innovative solutions and tools to our global business teams.

This is a cross-functional role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with technical teams and interact with internal clients. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business problems and develop project-related studies and analysis.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of work experience in data analytics, with a strong background in supply chain analytics. They'll be proficient in tools like Pyspark, SQL, and visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.

A strong aptitude for storytelling through data analysis is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of results and a bachelor's or higher degree in data analytics or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create documentation of analytics use cases
  • Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets
  • Helping develop reports and analysis
  • Manage and design the reporting environment
  • Generating reports from single or multiple systems
  • Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports
  • Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems
  • Training end-users on new reports and dashboards
  • Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing
