About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Behavior Therapist to join our team at Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities, specifically autism.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, ensuring that each child receives the best possible care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific patient needs
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) providing behavioral therapy and interventions
  • Monitor and track patient progress through data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with healthcare and behavioral health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Strong understanding of medical and behavioral health terminology
