Your Role as a BCBA

As a BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
  • Completing initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
  • Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Providing 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients
  • Providing Family Guidance on a consistent basis
  • Leading and educating your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$105,000, with bonuses included based on experience. Additionally, we provide flexible onsite schedules with five different options, a $30,000 long-term incentive plan over three years, small caseloads, learning opportunities from our Clinical Council, and industry-leading benefits.

We also offer structured career and compensation growth, clear pathways from BCBA to Sr. BCBA to Assistant Clinical Director to Clinical Director. Our organization prioritizes clinician freedom of choice, and we do not have non-competes or onerous contracts. You will also enjoy generous paid time off, including 29 paid days off in the first year, two CEU days, up to 24 work-from-home days, and two flex days.

Our organization is BHCOE certified, and we have a mission and values-based team culture. We also offer additional rewards, including a $1,000 stipend for external CEUs, two CEU days, and in-house CEUs per year, as well as 401K retirement plans with company matching.
