Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT/ OTR) - Part Time

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 5-10 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents under the orders of a physician using various therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of life. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Occupational Therapist provides support and information within the area of Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents' needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Document resident progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting
