Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Greeter/Porter to join our team at Pensacola Honda. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility, increasing customer convenience, and maintaining an orderly service parking area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude, answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Determine if customers have an appointment, record their name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
  • Control service traffic flow, parking, and assist with loaner vehicles as needed.
  • Drive safely and report any lot damage immediately.
  • Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up, wait at vehicle for customer, and thank customers for their business.
  • Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in all vehicles taken in for service.
  • Deliver keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor immediately after parking a vehicle in the service parking lot.
  • Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves, and dirt.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
  • Make key tags for vehicles.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
