  • Sanitize high-touch surfaces, including door handles, and perform routine inspections of the facility.
  • Carry out maintenance tasks to repair equipment and uphold the overall quality of the premises.
  • Address maintenance issues such as clogged drains and damaged walls promptly.
  • Conduct minor exterior maintenance as required.
  • Coordinate with external repair services for necessary repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the lunchroom and manage waste disposal effectively.
  • Perform minor painting and touch-ups as needed.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from staff efficiently.
  • Ensure the driver's lounge is tidy and well-stocked with refreshments.
  • Keep customer service counters clean and organized.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the shop area and manage waste disposal.
  • Oversee the oil waste area and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Manage scrap metal disposal in compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare shop rags for collection by service providers.
  • Provide refreshments for technicians during hot weather.
  • Conduct monthly safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Clear entrances of snow and maintain safe conditions around the building.
  • Manage weed control during the summer months.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Chauffer's License with a clean driving record, as driving the shop truck for errands and parts runs is required. A CDL is advantageous.

Responsible for maintaining fuel levels in shop containers.
