Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Cyber Planning Office Policies and Procedures
Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of JCDC Planning Office-wide program management policies, procedures, processes, templates, and other documents.
Framework Development and ImplementationDevelop and implement a framework for the planning, execution, and prioritization of the JCDC Planning Office's cyber operations resources and capabilities, at CISA's direction.
Process Improvement and FacilitationProvide process improvement support across JCDC Planning Office functions, including identifying, analyzing, and developing improvements to business processes and methods, documenting process improvement recommendations, and facilitating implementation of management-approved processes.
Knowledge Management and Information SharingSupport the development and maintenance of knowledge management principles and processes, establishing and maintaining an effective structure for information management and sharing with stakeholders via authorized sharing mechanisms.
Scheduling and Workforce ManagementCreate, update, and manage various scheduling tools across the numerous JCDC planning office activity groups to ensure all teams are aligned for cyber incident awareness, and support workforce management and resource planning.
Metrics and Quality AssuranceAssist with developing JCDC Planning Office metrics and quality assurance by performing quality assurance of documents, analyzing and developing program administrative operating plans and procedures, and developing, tracking, and maintaining metrics for Government pilots and operational planning efforts.
Task Coordination and SupportAssist with the formulation and coordination of formal and informal taskers, including Congressional Q Media inquiries and talking points, GAO audits, leadership briefings, testimony messaging/content, and legislative reviews.
Requirements- TS/SCI Security Clearance
A valid TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.
Cybersecurity CertificationsIAT Level III, IAM Level III, IASAE II, and CSSP Manager certifications are desired.
Cyber Planning Experience8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with extensive experience analyzing mission requirements to determine resources and skills needed to meet objectives.
EducationA Bachelor's Degree from an accredited academic institution in a relevant field is required.
SkillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation, familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
