Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Link Property Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete resident service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical repair, and grounds maintenance tasks
  • Participate in the make-ready completion process to ensure apartments are ready for new residents
  • Ensure the community meets the highest exterior aesthetics standards
  • Work closely with a team of skilled supervisors and technicians to achieve common goals
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company quality standards and applicable regulations
Requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with residents
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adhere to and ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
  • Knowledge and technical skills associated with light carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, and general installations or repairs
Qualifications
  • One to two years of maintenance and repair experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training and experience preferred
