Electrical Foreman Job Description

We are seeking an experienced commercial electrician with foreman experience to lead a dynamic team of up to 10 people. The successful candidate will handle typical commercial electrician duties from day one, while also managing and motivating the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a crew of commercial electricians in various projects
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve project goals
  • Perform hands-on electrical work and ensure high-quality results
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

  • Commercial electrician experience with foreman experience
  • Ability to bend and run conduit up to 4 inches
  • Blueprint reading and interpretation skills
  • Journeyman or Master's license (preferred)

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Chesapeake, Virginia. The work environment is outdoor, requiring PPE including hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety vest, safety glasses, and gloves. Some projects may fall under Davis-Bacon act requirements.
