We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.



Job Summary
As the Director of Human Resources, you will lead our HR team to recruit, hire, develop, and cultivate a world-class organization. You will be responsible for attracting, retaining, engaging, compensating, and developing all team members. Your expertise will help us foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that aligns with our core values.

Key Responsibilities

HR Leadership




  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead our HR team to provide world-class service to employees and management.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Serve as the EEO Officer and DEI Officer, overseeing various compliance efforts.


Recruiting and Talent Management




  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Lead the HR team to provide exceptional service to candidates and employees.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop externally facing messages.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.


Employee Relations and Engagement




  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Serve as a resource for employees and provide counseling services.


Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and be certified in SHRM-CP or PHR. Experience working in the construction industry and EEO Officer/DEI Officer roles are highly preferred.

Estimated Salary
$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
