Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and train direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans to expand our product offerings and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance sales and marketing with management, budgetary, and planning responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses in Pennsylvania and/or other assigned states.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to travel 45% of the time, including overnight and weekends.
