**Responsibilities:**

* Assess and evaluate residents to determine their communication and swallowing needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills
* Provide therapy sessions to residents, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate records and documentation

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Successful completion of National Certification Examination for S.L.P.
* Current state licensure or license eligible
* 0-3 years of long-term care experience
