Essential Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in supply chain management, including knowledge of business processes such as accounts payable, sourcing, subcontracts, and purchasing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing product roadmaps.
  • At least 5 years of experience in implementing and maintaining supply chain systems.
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with tools like the Atlassian suite.
  • 2+ years of experience serving as a product owner or administrator for a supply chain system.
  • Experience in generating operational and analytical reports within a supply chain management system or through external reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the complete procurement lifecycle, including supplier management, sourcing, contracts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, catalogs, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and consultant for stakeholders across Procurement and Accounting, helping to define requirements that meet business objectives.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work closely with technical implementation teams, functional stakeholders, end users, and various functional leads in developing and configuring system capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) or Source to Pay (S2P) systems, including Ivalua, Coupa, or SAP.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint and enterprise integration tools, such as MuleSoft.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Capability to mentor and coach team members.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation Overview

Our compensation structure considers various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually.
