Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Teach-In West Virginia Application System. The successful candidate will provide behavioral supports and services to students with autism spectrum disorders and/or behavior challenges in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement behavioral interventions with district approvals.
  • Participate in behavior teams to support the implementation of behavior plans.
  • Maintain records and provide guidance to staff on behavioral interventions.
  • Provide coaching and professional development to staff on behavior interventions and supports.
  • Participate in IEP Team meetings and confer with teachers and administrators regarding students with behavioral challenges.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in applied behavioral sciences, psychology, education, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with students with Autism and related disorders in school settings.
  • Experience in developing and supervising Discrete Trial Training (DTT) programs.
  • Certifications in CPR, Ukeru, and/or CPI.

Working Conditions:

The selected candidate will work cooperatively with special education administrators, school psychologists, social workers, and special education teachers to develop FBA/BIP procedures and paperwork.

Reports To: EPIC Administrator or Designee

Conditions of Employment: Recommended by the EPIC Administrator; Confirmed by the EPIC Regional Council
