Job Summary

Achieving True Self is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing ABA treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our staff. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a meaningful impact in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide training and supervision to our staff to ensure high-quality care
* Collaborate with clients and their families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements

* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
* Valid driver's license and good driving record
