Achieving True Self is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to provide evidence-based treatment to our young clients. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and supervising and training our Registered Behavior Technicians and supervisees.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
  • Assess the family's and consumer's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
  • Deliver exceptional, consumer-focused, evidence-based treatment through ethical interactions.
  • Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records.
  • Be a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and be recognized as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Be licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst.
  • An inherent desire to train, supervise and develop new BHTs and RBTs, to help support exceptional clinical outcomes for our kiddos.
  • A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record is required.
