Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team at DISH Network L.L.C. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our TV and internet services in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH TV and internet services in customers' homes
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Travel to customers' homes to perform installations and repairs
  • Use company-provided tools and equipment to complete installations and repairs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
