Coating Technician

IKO Industries Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of roofing and building materials, with a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and trustworthiness. We are seeking a skilled Coater Operator to join our team at our Ennis, Texas plant.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate coating equipment to apply coatings to substrates, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to production specifications.
- Monitor and control coating processes, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on coating equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth production processes and meet production targets.
- Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in coating operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of coating processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production targets.
