Job Description

The Lead Custodial Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the custodial team, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the custodial team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Train and mentor new employees on cleaning procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate and report any accidents or incidents that occur during work hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Floor experience preferred.
  • Custodial knowledge and skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
