We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales performance, and overseeing the development of a high-performing sales team.

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in home sales management, with a strong background in HVAC products and services.
  • A college degree in a technical field or building science is preferred, along with extensive experience designing and installing HVAC systems.
  • You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets, driving revenue growth, and acting as a technical trainer and resource to the sales advisor team.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (based on location and experience)
