Nurse Care Specialist
Innovative Renal Care seeks a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, improving the quality of life for our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with ESRD, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct patient education on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
