Job Summary:

The Family Community Specialist Level II will provide supportive services to children and families, including education, child development, and child and family wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social services, school services, and child development principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide education and support to children and families to promote child development and wellbeing
• Work with hard-to-reach or resistant individuals and families to develop a working knowledge of services available within the community
• Complete reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Develop individualized plans for each child to reach academic standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or a related human services field
• Two years of experience in social services, school services, child development, and/or child welfare
