Job Description:

The Preschool Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive preschool program that meets the needs of young children. This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state and national standards.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Assess and document each child's progress and communicate with parents regularly.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and incident reports.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
  • A degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and provide physical support to children as needed.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
