Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mold Fabricator to join our Injection Molding facility. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our production processes.


Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture new mold components and perform repairs and modifications on existing molds and tooling.
- Diagnose mold operational issues, identify corrective measures, and execute solutions.
- Engage actively in 5S, SAFE, and continuous improvement initiatives, along with participating in waste management and environmental training programs.


Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with all machine functions in the molding shop.
- Proficient in using various measuring tools.
- Knowledge of CAM software (EdgeCAM) and CNC machining practices.
- Basic understanding of trigonometry for measurements and calculations.
- Advanced mechanical skills and intermediate CNC machining knowledge.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, capable of handling complex tasks independently.
- Possession of a State/Federal approved Mold Maker or Tool & Die Journeyman's Card is advantageous.
- Must be able to read, write, and perform advanced mathematical calculations.
- Licensed to operate forklift trucks and other material handling equipment, with proficiency in basic hand tools.
