Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Summary:
As a Manufacturing and Quality Management Professional at Lexmark International Inc, you will play a critical role in managing the development of new products from concept to launch. This includes leading cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with Contract Manufacturers to achieve production goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Lean manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to design, test, and validate new products, ensuring they meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Contract Manufacturers to resolve technical issues, optimize production processes, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Work closely with Product Development teams to integrate product designs with manufacturing capabilities, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Contract Manufacturers, suppliers, and internal business units.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing engineering, project management, and quality control. The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects forward.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to travel internationally (up to 2 times per year) for meetings and training sessions.
