Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Lead to join our team in Lexington, KY. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful attainment of production schedules.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that involves overseeing a team of 20-30 production associates. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining focus on cost efficiency, quality standards, and lead time targets
  • Organizing and addressing training needs of teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to process improvements
  • Taking ownership of people management, including goal setting, competency development, recognition, engagement, daily time-keeping, performance, and disciplinary management
  • Cultivating a safety-first attitude among all employees

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary of around $**65,000 - $90,000 per year**, depending on experience. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
