Radiologic Technologist

Firelands Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring high-quality images are captured.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners, MRI machines, and X-ray units.
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal image capture.
- Ensure high-quality images are captured, including adjusting equipment settings and selecting proper technical factors.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and imaging results.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in imaging technology and techniques.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a formal radiologic technology training program.
- Registered and licensed by the State of Ohio as a Radiographer.
- Current certification in CPR.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
