Dedicated Healthcare Professional Wanted for LPN Role

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As an LPN at D-H Lebanon-MHMH, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a RN and/or physician, evaluating outcomes and adjusting nursing care processes as needed.
- Perform head-to-toe assessments on all patients, under the supervision of a RN and/or physician, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
- Adequately assess and reassess pain, utilizing appropriate pain management techniques, and educating patients and families accordingly.
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families, adhering to office/clinic standards.
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in New Hampshire.
- Current BCLS/ACLS certification.
- Ability to be flexible, organized, and function effectively in stressful situations.
- Self-motivated learner with initiative to learn complex processes.
- Exhibits professionalism at all times, understanding workplace behavior and communications.
