Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Valley Regional Hospital.

About the Role:

The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or physician. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough head-to-toe assessments on all patients, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, geriatrics, and general populations.
  • Provide pain management education to patients and families, utilizing evidence-based techniques and best practices.
  • Implement medical and surgical asepsis during treatments and special procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families in accordance with hospital standards.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Current BCLS/ACLS certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
