Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled LPN to deliver exceptional patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to maintain accurate medical records, and demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate and individualized care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a RN and/or physician, evaluating outcomes and adjusting nursing care processes as needed.
  • Performs head-to-toe assessments on all patients, including neonates, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients, under the supervision of a RN and/or physician.
  • Able to assess and manage pain effectively, utilizing appropriate techniques and educating patients and families accordingly.
  • Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families, adhering to hospital standards.
Requirements
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Current BCLS/ACLS certification.
  • The ability to work flexibly, remain organized, and function effectively in stressful situations.
  • A self-motivated learner, able to take initiative in learning complex processes and demonstrating professionalism at all times.
