Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our maintenance team and drive efficiency in our food manufacturing environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and maintaining a safe and quality work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and manage work tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime
  • Analyze productivity and methods to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and implement action plans to reduce downtime and improve production efficiency
  • Lead and motivate the maintenance team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and quality work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, operations management)
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing downtime
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Working Conditions
  • Wear steel toe shoes and manual lifting up to 50lbs
  • Work weekends and flexible shifts as needed
