Plumbing Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Service Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the service, repair, and installation of commercial plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control service center activities and functions to achieve revenue goals and objectives.
- Manage and develop plumbing staff, including setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure that proper procedures and guidelines are in place.
- Effectively manage plumbing team members to ensure team objectives and sales goals are met.
- Develop working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws and ensure service department adheres to all rules.
- Resolve escalated customer issues by developing and maintaining a great relationship with customers.
- A proven track record in customer service management, leading a large team to drive results is a must.
- Experience with residential home service company is required.
- Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
- Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
- Clean, safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Highly organized.
- High integrity, exceptional communication, and social skills.
- Proven ability to make solid customer connections and relate with customers positively.
- Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications.
- Team player.
