Service Plumbing Operations Manager

At R.Kries, we're seeking a highly skilled Service Plumbing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Field Services Department, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our plumbing services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of our Service Plumbing technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Collaborate with our Customer Services team to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets our high standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist in the training and development of Service Plumbing technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- 7+ years of experience in plumbing services, with a focus on field operations and management.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
