The Role
As a Customer Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized service to our customers and helping them find the perfect outfit. You will work closely with the store team to create a welcoming and inclusive store environment that makes our customers feel at home.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
* Share your knowledge of our products and services to outfit and inspire our customers
* Uphold brand merchandising and visual standards to create a clean and well-presented store
* Promote in-store events and company programs to support the brand
* Contribute to the store's success by maintaining the highest brand and execution standards
What We're Looking For
* Prior retail experience or customer-focused experience
* Passion for styling and love of working with people
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
* Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
