The Role
You'll be responsible for creating personalized connections with customers, offering styling recommendations, and maintaining a beautifully organized store environment. Your goal will be to drive brand loyalty and provide exceptional customer service, all while working collaboratively with your team to achieve individual and store goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers, listen to their needs, and create personalized experiences.
- Share product knowledge and recommendations to style customers.
- Uphold the highest visual and operational standards, always focusing on the customer.
- Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
- Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
Requirements
- Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
- Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
- Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
