JOB DESCRIPTION: Conduct inspections, testing, and ensure adherence to quality standards

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for inspecting, testing, sorting, sampling, or weighing processed, machined, fabricated, or assembled components or products to identify defects, wear, and deviations from established specifications. This role is essential in supporting the quality assurance and production operations by ensuring compliance with product specifications.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Comply with environmental and safety regulations
  • Ensure calibration of inspection instruments
  • Oversee non-conforming materials
  • Maintain precise inspection documentation
  • Provide updates on quality conditions
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Perform visual assessments using precision instruments

  • Analyze test outcomes and offer recommendations
  • Maintain equipment in proper working order

  • Good visual acuity
  • Capability to sit, stand, or walk for extended durations
  • Stamina to work beyond standard hours as needed
  • Manual dexterity required
