Salary Range
$55,000 - $60,000 USD per year.

About the Role

The Client Associate role is an exciting opportunity for individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to providing exceptional service to our clients. As an integral part of our Commercial Lines Service Team, you will actively participate in coordinating and delivering IMA services. This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to learn and grow with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact expertly and timely with Commercial Lines Service Teams via AMS, email, phone, and in-person.
  • Perform various tasks and activities assigned through Epic directly linked to client-facing work products in the Center of Excellence.
  • Monitor and prioritize workload, taking into consideration deadlines and special instructions with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency required.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite required (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Experience with Epic preferred.
  • Attain and maintain professional designation or license.
  • Limited travel required (less than 25%).
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
