We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Sevita. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and strategies to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support and assistance with activities such as socialization, behavioral development, personal care, housekeeping, and recreational activities.
  • Accurately document progress and activity, reviewing records and logs to stay up-to-date with changes in service plans.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans, providing clinical expertise and knowledge for specialized populations.
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments, relay orders and information to and from medical providers, and travel between sites and to individual's homes.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months of experience in human services preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.
