Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of physical therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and community.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to drive business growth and strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- A competitive salary of up to $108,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
